WARRANTY

• All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted as fit for purpose and, where relevant, conforming to the EC legislation on medical garments. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
• This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the manufacturer, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the manufacturer's approval.
• If the consumer does not follow the right way to wash the garments, the Supplier is not responsible for any damage to the garment (holes, broken seams etc) have occurred. If this has happened the garment should be repaired by a recognised supplier of the garment or discarded.
• If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify the Supplier by telephone, in writing or by email within 7 working days.
