YOUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

• You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 5 days from the day after you receive the goods (see below). Please note that this policy has some limitations and does not affect your statutory rights.
• To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to the Supplier by hand, post or email, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.
• Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to the Supplier at your own cost. The goods must be returned to 1, Ajax Avenue, NW9 5EY, London/UK. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. In the case of faulty or misdescribed goods we shall, after receiving notification in accordance with clause “Warranty”, either collect the goods from you or ask you to return the goods yourself and possibly refund you the reasonable postage costs.
• Once you have notified the Supplier that you are cancelling the contract, the Supplier will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
• Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you do not return the goods as required, the Supplier may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
• We will gladly accept returns or exchange on any item that you are not satisfied. All requests for returns or exchange must be made within 5 days of receiving your merchandise. Postmarks and delivery confirmation will be used to validate return dates. All merchandise held for more than 5 days without requesting a return authorization number, will be considered acceptable and the sale will be final. To request a return or exchange, you MUST email us PRIOR TO MAILING YOUR MERCHANDISE for a return authorization number and mailing address. You will be issued a return or exchange authorization number, which you will then write on your receipt, and include it with your returned merchandise. All return or exchange requests must be made no later than 5 days from receipt of the merchandise. Requests made after 5 days will not be honoured.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that has been clearly worn, (danced in) soiled, washed, torn, or otherwise damaged by the customer. If you return the product the cost of the shipping will be not refunded. If you exchange the cost of the shipping must be paid again.
